2. What is the shipping cost?

We are proud to offer a tiered free shipping strategy to give you the best value:

  • Tier 2: Free Express Shipping (e.g., DHL/FedEx) on all orders over $189.99.

*For orders below $69.99, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order Confirmation ➔ Stock Check ➔ Quality Check ➔ Packaging.
    All orders are dispatched to our factory within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our shipping partners process the orders, which may take an additional 1-3 business days. After the parcel is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number for your order.

4. Who pays the tax?

All of our goods are shipped from China, and the export tax is paid by the seller. However, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may occur are the sole responsibility of the buyer and should be paid at the destination customs based on local tax rates.
