To delete the information Pro Beauty DIY (BeautyDIY) holds about you from our messaging tool:
- Send a direct message to our Instagram account @beautydiy.nina with the words "Delete my data".
- Tell us the Instagram username or WhatsApp number you used to contact us.
We will delete your messages and contact details from our server and internal customer records within 30 days and confirm to you when it is done.
Records we must keep by law (for example invoices for completed orders) are kept only for the period the law requires.
Deleting your data on our side does not delete the conversation from your own Instagram or WhatsApp app.
